If I Were The Devil...

Harvey receiving the Presidential
Medal Of Freedom in 2005

Long-time ABC Radio newsman/commentator and political Conservative,  Paul Harvey Aurandt, also known as  Paul Harvey, had an audience of nearly 24 million daily listeners.  The Paul Harvey News And Comment  broadcast aired on 1,200 radio stations, 400 Armed Forces Network stations, and in 300 newspapers.

One specific Paul Harvey commentary, "If I Were The Devil...", was Paul Harvey's warning to  America about its growing moral and spiritual decay.

The original version of "If I Were The Devil..." was first broadcasted 48 years ago, on April 3, 1965.  Harvey, however, kept improving it and adding to it, making updated recordings of it over 48 years.  As a result, existing versions of it vary over time. The version you will hear is believed to be from 1996. The audio track is accompanied by subtitles of the words of his commentary.

This 48-year-in-the-making compilation of different versions of "If I Were The Devil..." describes what our nation and our personal lives are like today, in 2013.

You will find it chillingly accurate.
