"Minister Apologizes for Giving Dog Communion"

I never thought I would hear such a line.  But, there it is, a woman minister at an Anglican church in Toronto "engaged in a simple act of reaching out" by giving communion to a man and his german shepherd.

Where to begin?  Here's a good Academy homework assignment.  Which of the following statements pulled from the article in the Star newspaper of Toronto is true?

1.    The minister, Marguerite Rhea, is a "priest."

2.    The minister gave out a "representation of the body and blood of Christ."

3.    “The whole thing was all very innocent and the joy and happiness on the face of one old lady in the front row made it all worthwhile.”

4.     "We’re all God’s creatures. If a dog goes into a church, he’s entitled to every service that’s offered, including spiritual nourishment.”

DING DING!!! That's right, statement #2 is the correct answer.  And let us thank the Almighty that the female minister of the Anglican church is not able to confect the sacraments, so ol' Trapper merely received a representation (which was bad enough).
